- Handle delivery and collection coordination and documentation
- Verify outgoing items on trucks against the DO (Delivery Orders)
- Attend to all logistics enquiries and complaints
- Maintain all the logistics documents are updated and acknowledged accordingly.
- Maintain an updated maintenance record of trucks and forklifts and arrange for the necessary scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure self-collect truck unloading and loading are efficiently carried out without unnecessary delay.
- Schedule the delivery or collection for cylinders, non-gas items, etc whenever directed by superior.

Qualification & requirements:
- Certificate in relevant discipline or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in related field.
- Good public relation, interpersonal, leadership and coordination skills.
