Online Customer Service Position Available in Dubai
Salary: MYR 6,000 - 9,500; with semi-annual evaluations and additional bonuses for outstanding performances.

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 10-12 hours per day
Job Responsibilities:
• Address online customer service communications, ensuring accurate information exchange between Chinese and English.
• Process information quickly and clearly, mindful of cultural differences, and maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Utilize and understand industry-related terms and standard operating procedures.
• Handle various online communication tasks, including but not limited to, financial, utilities, and general business domains.
Job Requirements:
• Education: High School/Diploma/Associate Degree or above.
• Age: 20-35 years old.
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing, and adept with office software.
• In-depth understanding of the cultural context in both Chinese and English, such as cultural connotations and common expressions.
• Familiar with financial and other industry-specific terms, and willing to continually learn the company-provided training materials.
• Candidates with backgrounds in language/translation/interpretation or finance are preferred.
• The recruitment process will include a written language assessment.
• Willing to work shifts and able to continuously operate computer-related equipment.
• Must remain online and available during work hours.
