• Keeps up to date on the company's needs in order-to-order supplies whenever necessary
• Assist in purchasing duties such as searching for sources and compare quotations
• Prepares reports and communicates with Senior Purchaser about offered prices on products to obtain final approval for purchases
• Handle paperwork, data entry, maintain proper documentation records, and filling system
• Perform checking and verification on all invoices and handover to accounts department
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

• Responding proactively in any kind of situation happens in the outlet
• Training and setting up examples for staffs
• Assist in monthly stock take and materials ordering for operations usage
• Handle inquiries and complaints with the best possible way
• Maintaining outlet cleanliness and hygiene
• Attend monthly general meeting with management
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required
• Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving, have high interest to make a great dining experience

• Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and decisive on action
