Threads woven with kindness ❤️

From 14th May to 14th June, our annual Threads of Kindness initiative brought TDHeroes across all sites together in a shared mission to give back to the community. Through collective effort and generosity, clothing donations were gathered for those in need.

What began with a goal of 250kg was exceeded with remarkable support, reaching an outstanding total of 416kg 👕👚

On 19th June, our volunteers facilitated the seamless handover of all donations to Red Shield Industries, ensuring every contribution was directed to where it matters most.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our leaders for their support, to every TDpeeps who contributed and to our volunteers for their dedication during collection day.

Kindness isn’t measured by kilograms, but 416kg sure is a beautiful way to show it. Thank you to everyone who made this incredible impact possible ✨

🩸 Blood Donation Day 2026 ❤️

In conjunction with World Blood Donor Day, we came together for a meaningful cause—giving the gift of life through blood donation

In the month of June, our team partnered with the National Blood Bank (Pusat Darah Negara) to support the ongoing need for safe blood supplies and raise awareness of the important role voluntary blood donors play in saving lives every day

It was inspiring to see so many employees step forward, whether as first-time donors or regular contributors, all united by a shared commitment to helping others. Every donation has the potential to make a life-changing difference for patients in need

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and to our partners from Pusat Darah Negara for making this initiative possible. Together we're helping build a healthier and more caring community, one donation at a time

🎳 CCAM Bowling Tournament 2026

Team TDCX Malaysia had a fantastic time hitting the lanes alongside professionals from across the industry, where every frame was filled with friendly competition, teamwork and great company.

From celebrating strikes to laughing off the occasional gutter ball, the day was about more than just the game—it was about building connections beyond the workplace. Bringing together 32 teams, the tournament was a great showcase of sportsmanship, camaraderie and community.

A big thank you to CCAM for organizing such a memorable event and bringing everyone together. We're already looking forward to the next one! ✨🎳

Our first CSR initiative of the year brought our leaders and TDPeeps together for a meaningful grocery donation drive. We were honoured to collaborate with Kechara Soup Kitchen for the third consecutive year, united by a shared hope to make a difference.
