[Real Case] What to do when your CTOS report shows "Legal Action"? 💔

【真实案例】CTOS Report 有了 Legal Action，该怎么办？💔

​这位客人在今年 1 月就联系了我，当时他已经察觉到信用记录可能有问题，但或许是因为心理压力，貌似一直不想面对现实，始终没有踏出确认的那一步。

5个月后的今天，他终于一鼓作氣地把文件发来给我 Review。​结果非常残酷。在短短几分钟的审核里，我必须如实地告诉他：“目前此路不通。” 🤦🏻‍♀️

今天必须要分享客户 K 的故事，过程很波折，但结局极度引起舒适❗️✨

K 是一位在云顶上班的打工人，常年半夜工作，作息严重日夜颠倒。最近家里急需一笔 25k-30k 的资金周转，但他是个 “纯白底” (完全没有信用记录的小白) 。

他到处去问，结果很多同行一看白底直接不接，或者把额度压得很低，最多只给 15k，根本解决不了他家里的燃眉之急🤦‍♀️

后来他找到了我，本以为看到了一丝曙光, 结果又遇到了大卡关：🏦那边要求补充 ECL(在职证明信)，但他公司的 HR 规定极其严格，表明只给出信买房或买车，其他一律不批🤧 当时真的觉得路都被堵死了……

​Must share Client K’s story today! Such a roller coaster ride, but the ending? Pure satisfaction! ❗️✨

​K works up in Genting—a true night owl who’s been grinding on the graveyard shift for years. His body clock is totally flipped. Recently, his family urgently needed RM25k–RM30k for some bridging funds. The problem? He’s a "Pure White" (zero credit history, totally "clean" in the bank's eyes).

​He went around asking everywhere, but most agents rejected him the moment they saw that "white" record. Others lowballed him, offering a max of only RM15k. That’s barely half of what he needed to settle his family’s emergency. 🤦‍♀️

​When he finally reached out to me, we thought we saw a glimmer of hope—until we hit a major roadblock: 🏦 requested an ECL (Employment Confirmation Letter). But his HR is super strict—they only issue letters for car or house loans. Anything else? Straight-up rejected. 🤧 At that point, it felt like every door was slammed shut...

​But give up? Never. 💪
Leveraging our internal channels and network, we managed to untie that HR letter "deadlock" and got things moving!

​Since he works the night shift, we also had to coordinate like crazy with the 🏦 to match his sleeping schedule for the verification calls. Shoutout to K! Even though the long-term night shifts made him a bit forgetful 🤭 and prepping documents took some time, he was super cooperative every step of the way! 😭

​✅ Final Result:
​Successfully secured the 30k he needed, with a monthly installment of only RM338😍 Family emergency settled perfectly.
