On 5 May 2026, Intlife officially launched our “Where Your Energy Goes” Intelligent Energy Management Platform at UOB Plaza 1 Kuala Lumpur.

More than 130 attendees filled up the room, including over 30 property developers across Malaysia. The overwhelming response sends a very clear signal to the market:

Energy management, operational efficiency, and energy security are no longer optional innovations — they are becoming core priorities for the future of property development.

Today, cities are filled with new developments. Competing purely on brick-and-mortar infrastructure is no longer sufficient. Future homebuyers are expecting more value, intelligence, lower operational costs, and better living experiences.

Innovation and technology are now key differentiators in future real estate.

During the event, attendees experienced live demonstrations across:
⚡ Smart Energy Management System
🏡 Smart AI Living
🛡️ Smart Security Zone

The showcase demonstrated how AI automation, security integration, and energy visibility create smarter living environments.

Intlife aims to redefine smart homes.

Smart home should not be an expensive marketing gimmick that only delivers convenience. It should create measurable outcomes — reducing energy waste, improving operational efficiency, enhancing security, and delivering long-term value to developers and homeowners.

As part of UOB Finlab GreenTech Accelerator Program, Intlife previously collaborated with HCK Group on a pilot project that demonstrated approximately 20–25% energy savings.

Excited to collaborate with Solarvest subsidiary - Vestech to accelerate intelligent energy and residential clean energy adoption across Malaysia. Special thanks to Tien-Ming Yoon from Solarvest for showcasing Vestech rooftop solar solutions and advancing clean energy accessibility for Malaysian homes.

We are honoured to receive support from Trident IoT, with Peter Huang joining from Taiwan. This reflects strong upstream ecosystem confidence in Intlife’s long-term vision and platform capability.

Intlife also launched the Smart Home Installer Certification Program to strengthen ecosystem quality and industry standards.
