Work Process:

Surface Preparation – The existing road surface was cleaned and prepared to ensure proper bonding with the new asphalt layer.

Asphalt Laying – Asphalt premix was evenly laid using a paver machine to achieve a uniform thickness.

Leveling & Spreading – The surface was carefully leveled to maintain road alignment and smoothness.

Compaction – A road roller was used to compact the asphalt, ensuring durability and resistance against wear and tear.

Position Title: Dispatch cm Office Assistant

Salary: RM 1800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Duties:
-Deliver documents, packages, and other items to various locations as required.
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
-Maintain records of deliveries and collections.

Office Assistance:
-Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
-Support office staff with daily tasks and errands.
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Other Responsibilities:
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
-Ensure the safety and security of items during transportation.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
-Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
-Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Skills and Attributes:
-Good organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
-Male candidates preferred.
-Healthy body and physically fit to perform dispatch and office duties.
-Ability to lift and carry items as needed.

Licenses and Transportation:
-Valid Malaysian driver’s license (Class D).
-Valid Malaysian motorcycle license (Class B2).

Experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Familiarity with the local area and routes.

Willingness to travel:
-100% ( Reqiured)

Working Hours:
-Mon- Fri ( 8.30am – 6.00pm)
