Focused on team coaching models, tools, and approaches to empower teams for high performance and effectiveness.
1.2. BAC3 – Coaching Power Tools
2 days (16 hours) coach learning ICF accredited and joint certification program by CCA. Strengthen participants conversations abilities thru ICF 8 Coaching Competencies, 3 stage coaching model and 10 milestones to become a professional coach.
