HALANGAN PERUBAHAN 3: Analoginya seumpama seseorang yang enggan menukar kereta manual lama yang masih berfungsi dengan baik kepada kereta automatik VE baru yang lebih canggih kerana takut kepada teknologi yang tidak mereka fahami-kerana faktor komunikasi yang tidak jelas. Mereka merasa selesa dengan status quo, pastinya tidak menerima perubahan yang tidak jelas.
