We are looking for Mandarin Customer Service Executive!

1. To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over by Ticket.
2. Follow up on incomplete/in process tickets.
3. Review customer’s registration to confirm whether the information is correct.
4. Meet daily work requirements and achieve the quality of work.
5. Handled complex customer queries and complaints.
6. Assist other departments to deal with matters related to our department. (eg: testing of new systems/functions/BUG)
7. Deeply study the system and understand the operation logic (Logical thinking, Basic or above computer knowledge is preferred).

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Chinese and Mandarin to deal with China clients.
2. English language would be added advantage.

It is significant to manage employee's performance in fair manner including provide the evidence of poor performance, expected outcome and also weekly or bi-weekly discussion session to manage the outcomes. Provide reasonable timeline, genuine feedback, and sufficient resources for them to improve without bias or discrimination.

Use SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Bound) to evaluate the performance.
