Time to burn some fats! 😍
Eating yakiniku is an enjoyable and social experience where families & friends sit around the grill together and cook the meat themselves.

Ingredients
1️⃣ 100 ml light soy sauce
2️⃣ 1 tbsp miso
3️⃣ 3 tbsp sugar
4️⃣ 1 tbsp garlic , grated or pureed
5️⃣ 1 tbsp ginger , grated or pureed
6️⃣ 1-2 tsp schichimi (Japanese seven spice mix) or a tsp of chilli powder

Recipe Notes
As we were using this as a marinade, the slightly runny texture suited us well. However, if you’d like a thicker yakiniku sauce, continue to heat gently to reduce and thicken.

Instructions
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients together.
2️⃣ Either heat gently in a saucepan or for 10 to 20 seconds in a microwave. This helps all the ingredients to melt and combine more easily.
3️⃣ Add sliced beef to marinade about 30 minutes before cooking.
