rt from Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil, the mega PPV that will be opened are at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC), Setia City Convention Center (SCCC) near Shah Alam and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Puncak Alam. Asked about the preparations, Dr. Mohd Fadhli, said his party made a 'trial run' or full simulation of the vaccination process to 36 front line workers at the PPV Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil a day before the opening. He said the smooth process was witnessed by the Coordinating Minister of the National COVID-19 Immunization Program (PICK), Khairy Jamaluddin, and the Minister of Youth and Sports, Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican. All tables and chairs have also been set up, in addition to providing a waiting area for vaccine recipients. Dr. Mohd Fadhli said, about 200 personnel involving health staff, volunteers, policemen, the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM), and the Malaysian Volunteer Department (RELA) will be stationed at the PPV Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil to launch the vaccination process. Vaccine recipients are recommended to come half an hour or an hour earlier than the scheduled appointment time. There is a waiting area but if too many people come at one time, it will cause congestion and social distancing is difficult to do. Individuals with symptoms such as cough and fever are not advised to come to the vaccination center and their appointment sessions will be changed to another more appropriate date. Meanwhile, the nurse, Zuryatie Abdul, said each medical staff would inject the vaccine to more than 100 individuals a day at the PPV starting tomorrow. At the same time, he said, a total of 30 injection rooms with comfortable spaces are provided to ensure the vaccine injection process runs smoothly. There are 16 staffs involved in the vaccination process which takes less than a minute. However, there are situations where vaccine recipients are sometimes afraid of needles and ask so many questions that the process takes up to 10 minutes. That is why before entering the room for an injection, make sure to express all concerns and questions to the parties involved to save time. The volunteer, Muhammad Syahir Roshidi, said he was assigned to bring a buggy to send visitors, especially the disabled (OKU) and senior citizens from the parking area to the PPV. He will also pick up and drop off those who use the train service in the nearby Light Rail Transit (LRT) area. "Being a volunteer allows me to contribute a little bit of service as a Malaysian to the community," he said.
