1) Handling of social media platforms, which includes Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok
2) Reply customer inquiries
3) Do translation of content from mandarin content to English/Bahasa Malaysia
4) Create content for social media to keep it active
5) Brainstorm and develops engaging, creative, innovative content for official social accounts
6) Ensure that content is ahead of schedule and that it is posted on time
7) Check KOL's material before posting
8) Research into on-trend and relevant social media content

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related field
- Able to work for a minimum of 3 months
- Have some basic knowledge on handling social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc.)

Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day general administration and accounting related functions.
- Assist in filing systems and data entry.
- Prepare day-to-day basic bookkeeping.
- Assist in verifying day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparing payments to related parties such as vendors and employee's monthly claims on a monthly basis.
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate financial data
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist, coordinate and participate in the budgeting process.
- Assist in any related duties as and when assigned by immediate superior or when the need arises.
- Support the management by providing best practices, processes and procedures related to cash management, accounting, finance, tax etc.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

- Good knowledge of writing and speaking English.
- Knowledge of SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
