The world around us changes rapidly. We constantly learn and do new things. However, in this era of connectivity, we might lose ourselves by following all the trends. We must decide what is best for us, individually, by assessing several key drivers of change.

Last October, MarkPlus Institute ASEAN in collaboration with Latihan Pasca Perkhidmatan - INTAN Putrajaya, held an in-house training โ€œAnjakan Paradigma kepada Bakal Pesaraโ€™. This course was attended by brilliant minds in the Governments who are preparing to navigate themselves in the next phase of life - retirement.

MarkPlus Institute ASEAN adopted the strategic marketing concept from Professor Philip Kotler and Hermawan Kartajaya to lead the class into adopting a new paradigm, new way of thinking to create and strengthen personal branding.

In this course, organizing team shared the step-by-step to create and communicate personal branding. With examples, brainstorming discussions and self activity, this course ended with a positive and heartwarming message from the participants. Hopefully the knowledge, module and tools will come in handy to help them transform their hopes and making them into realities in the coming year.
