When I think about the next generation, I don’t think about building people to carry us.

I think about building a vehicle strong enough to carry the PURPOSE. 🚀

There was a time when we tried to fit people into roles—as if we could simply place someone into a structure and expect them to become whatever the structure needed.

But life doesn’t work that way.

People must first understand where we came from.
They must feel the philosophy.
They must understand the culture.
And most importantly, they must know WHY we do what we do.

Only then can they carry the vision forward—not because they were told to, but because they believe in it.

A true legacy cannot depend on one person.

Not even a small group of people.

A true legacy becomes a way of thinking. 🧠🔥

A culture that teaches.
A philosophy that inspires.
A foundation that produces new leaders.
A purpose that continues moving forward—even when the people who started it are no longer there.

That is how something survives beyond you.

You don't build people to depend on you.
