The final day of the National Cyber Security Summit (NCSS) 2026 was graced by the presence of YAB Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, who officiated the National Security Month. The occasion underscored the nation's continued commitment to strengthening security awareness and advancing a resilient, secure, and trusted digital future.

Throughout the three-day summit, Sapura Defence, together with Velum Labs, had the privilege of engaging with government leaders, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, academia, and the wider cyber security community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who visited our booth and contributed to the valuable exchanges throughout the summit.

Day 2 at the National Cyber Security Summit (NCSS) 2026 was marked by the official visit of Chief Executive of the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), Malaysia, Ir. Dr. Megat Zuhairy Megat Tajuddin, to the Sapura and Velum Labs booth. The visit reflects the importance of sustained collaboration between government and industry in advancing Malaysia's cyber security agenda, strengthening national resilience, and fostering innovation through trusted local capabilities.

We were also honoured to welcome government officials, strategic partners, industry leaders, delegates, and trade visitors to our booth. The meaningful exchanges throughout the day reaffirm the value of collaboration in addressing evolving cyber challenges and advancing a secure, resilient, and trusted digital future for Malaysia.

A strong start to The National Cyber Security Summit (NCSS) 2026!

officially commenced today with an inspiring keynote by Director-General of National Security Council (MKN), YM Raja Dato' Nushirwan bin Zainal Abidin highlighting the importance of a whole-of-society approach to cyber security, where government, industry, and the public each have a role to play in building a safer digital future.

Sapura Defence and Velum Labs are proud to support this national agenda by showcasing locally developed cyber security capabilities that contribute to Malaysia's cyber resilience.
