We are currently seeking sellers who can comply with the following Vessel-to-Vessel (VTV) transfer procedures for Diesel Fuel EN 590-10PPM:
**Terms and Conditions:**
- **Commodity:** DIESEL FUEL EN 590-10PPM
- **Shipping Terms:** FOB JURONG, SINGAPORE BY VTV
- **Commodity Origin:** KAZAKHSTAN
- **Trial/Contract Quantity:** Trial 200,000 Metric Tons / 2,400,000 Metric Tons per Year
- **Contract Duration:** 12 MONTHS R& E
- **Price:** NET USD $330/MT, GROSS USD $340/MT
- **Destination:** JURONG PORT, SINGAPORE, OPL AREA FOR SHIP TO SHIP
- **Inspection:** Any Universally Accepted Q&Q Inspection Company, SGS
- **Payment Method:** MT103 TT
- **Specification:** International Standard
- **Commission:** To be shared 50% each by both sides
**Transaction Procedures:**
1. **ICPO and CPA Issuance:** Buyer issues Purchase Order (ICPO) and Charter Party Agreement (CPA) along with Q88 upon acceptance of the sellerβs offer.
2. **Commercial Invoice:** Seller issues Commercial Invoices (CI) for buyerβs review and signing, and provides IMO No. and Q88 of sellerβs vessel in Jurong within 24 hours.
3. **Proof of Product (POP) Documents:** Seller provides UDTA, Ullage Analysis Report, Cargo Manifest, Vessel Bill of Lading (B/L), Vessel Q88, Product Passport Report, Commitment Letter to Supply, and Export License.
4. **Vessel Takeover:** Buyer confirms POP and takes over the vessel at SHIP TO SHIP area for immediate Vessel to Vessel (VTV) injection in Singapore OPL.
5. **Product Injection and Payment:** Seller pays for the SGS Inspection, and upon successful DIP TEST, Buyer makes payment via MT103 for the total product injected.
6. **Title Transfer:** Seller issues Title Transfer & Change of Ownership Certificates of Products to the Buyer.
7. **Intermediary Payments:** Seller pays intermediaries involved within 48 hours after receipt and confirmation of product payment.
**Important Note:** The buyer's vessel is currently in open waters near Jurong Port. The buyer requires the SGS report to be provided at the earliest to proceed with the transaction. Ensure that this report is in your possession and ready for submission.
