🏥 3 Days Hospital Booth Successfully Completed | Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban
The 3-day hospital booth at Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban has come to an end.
First of all, thank you to Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban for providing this platform, and to everyone who took the time to stop by, ask questions, and exchange thoughts on healthcare planning.
Over the past three days, I had the opportunity to meet patients, family members, healthcare professionals, and members of the public. One observation stood out clearly:
Many people still view a medical plan as something that is only useful when they are hospitalized.
However, the healthcare landscape is evolving.
Modern healthcare solutions are increasingly focusing not only on treatment when we are sick, but also on rewarding healthy lifestyles and encouraging preventive healthcare.
Some of the newer healthcare concepts now include:
✅ No Claim Bonus of up to RM2,500 per year
✅ Even when a claim occurs, eligible members may still receive up to RM1,000 annual bonus
✅ Healthy Retirement Bonus, allowing eligible members to transfer up to RM1,000 annually from accumulated Health Wallet value into their Cash Account after reaching retirement age
✅ Deductible structure enhanced from Per Disability to Per Rider Year
✅ Up to 3 annual claims at participating panel clinics
What I find most encouraging is the shift from a traditional "Medical Card" mindset towards a "Health Card" concept — where protection is not only about paying medical bills, but also about supporting better health management throughout life.
The most meaningful outcome of this event was not the number of conversations, but knowing that one family decided to take action and strengthen their healthcare protection after understanding the importance of planning ahead.
Protection is not about expecting the worst.
It is about being prepared for the unexpected while we are healthy.
Thank you once again to everyone who visited the booth over the past three days.
Stay healthy. Stay protected. Stay prepared.
