- Rest isn’t weakness. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor.

- Not everyone has to like you, and honestly, that’s when you know you’re doing it right.

- Sometimes being lost is exactly where you’re meant to be.

Exhaustion isn’t always solved by sleep.

Sometimes, it’s not your body that’s tired it’s your nervous system that’s overwhelmed, your boundaries that’ve been crossed, or your energy that’s been stretched too thin trying to be everything for everyone.
Before you cancel your day or blame yourself for “not doing enough,” pause.

Ask yourself:
— Where am I leaking energy?
— What am I carrying that isn’t mine?
— What needs to be released, not just rested?

Not all tiredness needs a nap. Some of it needs release, regulation, and reconnection.
