At TAPiO Management Advisory, we were honoured to host a constructive discussion with representatives of the Terengganu State Government, led by YBhg. Dato’ Haji Rosli Bin Latif, Timbalan Setiausaha Kerajaan (Pembangunan), together with representatives from UPEN Terengganu, MBKT and Pertima Terengganu Sdn. Bhd.

The discussion focused on Terengganu’s long-term development direction and potential areas where structured international engagement can support the State’s economic agenda. Key themes included investment facilitation, infrastructure readiness, industrial development, aviation and logistics potential, strategic international partnerships, and the future positioning of selected state-linked economic platforms.

We appreciate the open and forward-looking exchange with the Terengganu delegation and look forward to supporting the next stage of assessment, coordination and proposal development in a manner that is aligned with the State’s priorities and formal decision-making process.

A significant milestone for TAPiO Management Advisory with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with GEN, Grupo Empresarial do Norte, S.A., a prominent Mozambican corporate group focused on regional development, investment facilitation and strategic project cooperation.

The MoU was signed by General Daniel Frazão Chale, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GEN, a senior Mozambican defence and institutional leader, and witnessed by General Alberto Chipande, Chairman of the General Assembly of GEN, a historic figure of Mozambique’s liberation struggle and former Minister of Defence, together with members of the GEN board.

This MoU provides a framework for cooperation between Mozambique, Malaysia and ASEAN, with a focus on investment facilitation, institutional engagement, infrastructure, logistics, energy, natural resources, agribusiness and cross-border business development.

We are honoured by the trust placed in TAPiO and look forward to advancing practical, high-impact opportunities that support long-term economic development and cooperation between Mozambique and Asia.
