Scope
ROM activities: .ROM serves several roles as ROM (main task for new Nokia IP deployment), Site Supervisor, Site access management (CD safety access requirement) and site solution for Nokia IP Routers/Third party product for DC/AC power connection.
To plan and provide enough on-site support resources for PE-MCR/PE-UER/DNB link upgrade and FO cable preparation for all service link migrations in all region & all new hardware installations.
New hardware HOT/COLD swap sites and decom are conducted at Night during HW Swap as well as new hardware power termination activity.
Prepare MRF/RO/DOA for all new deployment Nokia IP Core hardware to CelcomDigi TOC/MSC.
Main interface with CelcomDigi all working level like Planner (facility/IP) , TOC Site Owner, CD safety OHS team, JLL all region and MSP (///E) for CRQ/ePTW application and follow up CelcomDigi PIC approval for site access with yellow SCM certificate.
To conduct TP Survey and review TP survey report with CelcomDigi PIC /JLL/MSP and obtained TP approval for EQ delivery and installation.
Provide SoW (Subcontracting) to Nokia Procurement for outsourcing subcontracting service quotation request. Response all issue raises by Supplier or Subcontractor regarding the IM/Scope and service work scope.
Working with Nokia logistics/DBS for EQ delivery to CD site and item GRN/Shortages issue.
Pre- HAT and HAT support for CE request for new installed IP EQ.
Teams meeting with customer on new hardware deployment. Reviewing Topology network link diagram and customer BOQ from TPM and PM for project rollout requirement. (Support CE)
Technical Documents: Create/manage Installation TP and installation MOPs,
Site Folder/TP/NDPC/DO consolidate documents to Nokia IP Core Share Point.
Technical Skills: IP hardware trouble shotting and fault isolation for new site rollout and HAT support. (Support CE)
Customer Requirements: CRQ/ePTW/BAF/CR/Netspace (power up documentation)
