Years from now, when your son nails his first interview and your daughter speaks up for what she believes in, that quiet decision you made today will be the reason.
And to every other mom scrolling past this, we see you too. The traffic you brave. The Google Calendar you keep in your head (public speaking Saturday, swimming Tuesday, music Thursday). The snacks packed, the shoes tied, the pep talks given before drop-off.
You’re project managers, chauffeurs and cheerleaders all rolled into one.
