• To assist in all aspect of accounting functions and ad-hoc tasks including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• To handle full sets of accounts under minimum supervision.
• To maintain daily cash flow ledger and cash position.

· To provide End-to-End Accounts Payable Services:
· Check, review and verify invoices and check requests
· Confirm and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
· Set and prepare invoices up for payment
· Track expenses and process expense reports
· Prepare and process transfers and payments
· Post transactions to AP ledgers and other records
· Reconcile accounts payable transactions
· Prepare analysis of accounts
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are confirmed and up to date
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

· Prepare monthly reports
· Assist with month end closing

Requirements

· Required language(s): Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
