Meet Chef Gilbert Low, the creative mind behind Afternoon at Westin. Inspired by the flavours of the season, he brings together vibrant mixed berries and familiar favourites to create an afternoon tea experience with a touch of indulgence.

His favourite, the Cherry Velvet, reflects an early lesson from his sifu: the art of creating the perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. Meanwhile, the Peanut Raspberry Opera took several trials to perfect, bringing together rich peanut butter and tangy raspberry ganache in just the right balance.
