We have streamlined our claims process for quicker disbursements of claims. For flood claims of RM25,000 and below, customers will receive 100% of the approved claim amount within 24hours* of BSIB receiving the duly signed letter of acceptance, whilst for flood claims above RM25,000, customers will receive a 20% Interim Payment of the total claim amount within the same acceptance period.
