Last August, we successfully held our 8th Annual Secretaries Symposium. We are now scouting for exceptional Admin & Secretarial Trainers and Experts to join our 2027 Secretaries Symposium line-up.

Our previous speakers include Hatta Hashom, Chew Hoong Ling, Dr Kartini Ariffin, Rahul Thomas, Wenanita Angang, Ustazah Datuk Norhafizah Musa, Datuk Dr Fadzilah Kamsah, Dr Malar Santhi, Mary Salang, Sharifah Shawati, Zarina Zainal, Emi Idura, Rina Baha, Aiman Amri, Juita Jalil, Firdaus Djamaris, Drona Dewi and many more.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS WITH:
- HRD Corp Registered Trainer
- 10+ years of training experience with strong corporate training records
- Strong practical experience in Administration, Secretarial, Executive Support or related functions, former Admin/Secretarial professionals are an added advantage
- Good understanding of Malaysian & Brunei workplace trends
- Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong presentation, facilitation and audience engagement skills

We are currently looking for exceptional HR Trainers to join our 2027 HR Symposium line-up. Our previous speakers include AuntyHR, Lawyer Lim Wei Jiet, Dr Malar Santhi, Toh Siew Pat, Fauzi Nordin, Eli Wong, Heera Singh, and many more. We’re looking for professionals with:

• HRD Corp Registered Trainer
• 10+ years training experience with corporate training records
• Subject-matter expertise in Human Capital Development
• Strong practical HR experience, not just textbook knowledge
• Good understanding of Malaysian & ASEAN HR trends
• Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
