Pamela has over 20 years of HR experience across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, specialising in People & Talent Management, Organisational Development & HR Strategy, and Learning, Coaching & HR Advisory — three areas that sit at the heart of building strong, sustainable organisations.

Her delivery with organisations puts in place strategic HR frameworks and talent solutions that fit their actual needs, design leadership and workforce development programmes that build real capability, and sort out HR policies, compliance, and technology so that things run the way they should.
