We were honoured to participate in the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) IP Management Clinic in Penang, Malaysia (10–13 Nov), hosted by WIPO’s IP for Business Division in collaboration with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)

During this event, Coach Martin, Founder and Master Black Belt Trainer at GreenoNetics , joined as a panelist. He shared practical insights on how SMEs can align IP strategy with business innovation and growth.

Today is 16 September 2025 – Malaysia Day. It is a day of unity and remembrance. It is a day to renew our promise to build, not just debate. It is a day to serve a purpose larger than ourselves.

I’m pleased to announce that I've been approved to present my DBA research, "Enhancing the Ex*****on of the Balanced Scorecard Using Greenonetics® Prompt Engineering Techniques (GN-PET)," this Friday, 26 September 2025.

It will be presented to a diverse audience of professors, industry leaders, DBA learners, and with possible visibility to Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi MOHE (Ministry of Higher Education) and OFFICIAL : Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA) (Malaysian Qualifications Agency).

This journey has only been possible through the support and trust of so many:
• My university community at ELM Graduate School, HELP University , including supervisors, assessors, and administrators who believed in both academic rigor and practical impact.

• My Local HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation Training Providers Partners, and participants who opened their boardrooms and classrooms, letting us test how AI-driven prompt engineering can shape real behaviors and outcomes.

Every day, millions of professionals use ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate emails, create outlines, or summarize reports.

But here's the challenge:
They're treating AI like Google—getting quick answers without improving how they think, learn, or strategize.

This critical insight was the focal point of our recent White Belt training series titled:

Most users fall into what we call the Zone of Comfortable Ignorance—where they get just enough information to move on, but miss deeper growth opportunities:
