Have you heard about Play Therapy? Do you know how it works?

It can be used during psychotherapy and counselling session. It helps the clients to express their feelings without talking much. Besides, we can also use play therapy to know about ourselves such as our interest, personality, perception, feeling, etc.

父母都爱孩子，因此现在的父母都注重爱的教育。但是要怎么爱得有智慧，让孩子成长过程中，不止得到爱的温暖，也懂得如何自爱爱人呢？教育孩子除了言教，更要身教。通过四份“爱的礼物”, 让父母以更正面的爱来滋养孩子的心灵，陪伴孩子成长。
