Whallo is a cold delivery solution that faced the challenge of establishing itself as a reliable and recognisable brand. As a new concept delivering cold fresh items directly to customers' doors, Whallo needed a strong brand identity and messaging to differentiate itself in a competitive market.

To establish Whallo as a leading cold delivery service in the market, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy that included creating a unique brand identity and engaging visual elements. We conceptualised the name "Whallo" to blend warmth and friendliness, symbolised by a whale. The logo featured a whale's tail resembling a fruit, reflecting the delivery of fresh produce and seafood.

The Taiwan Tourism Bureau sought to attract modern Malaysian Muslim travelers, a demographic largely unfamiliar with Taiwan’s offerings. Competing against well-known destinations like Korea and Japan, the challenge was to position Taiwan as an appealing, Muslim-friendly travel option.

To position Taiwan as an attractive destination for modern Malaysian Muslim travellers, we developed a light rebranding on the "Salam Taiwan" campaign. We identified four key pillars which are Vibrant, Romantic, Trending, and Muslim-Friendly.

Next, we engaged high-profile influencers like Ayda J***t and eight other KOLs to create content that features Taiwan’s offerings through "Ayda’s Diary" and interactive campaigns like β€œWin a Free Trip with Ayda J***t”.
