Admin (Cheras)
1. Responsible for administration of tea and coffee factory
2. Accounting entry to generate invoice, DO, and collection receipt.
3. Administration, documentation
4. Service walk-in customer, and attend to phone calls and emails.
5. Ensure order fulfillment and planning for external and internal customers
Requirements:
1. Basic computing skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Knowledge of SQL or other similar accounting software
3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Minimum 2 years working experiences
5. Minimum SPM and above
6. Knowledge of MESTI, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, or other similar safety program is preferred.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday (8.30am-1pm)
