🚗 昨天从 KL drive up Penang，参加一个 landed bungalow project meeting。🏡

老实说，一开始现场气氛有点 tense。
因为一聊到 Smart Home System，对方的问题都很直接。

不是问功能有多厉害。
不是问 App 做得多漂亮。

而是直接问：
“这个 system，到底稳不稳？”

后来 architect 分享了一句话，我觉得非常真实：

“我们不是 reject smart home，
我们是 reject 一个我们 control 不到的 system。” 🎯

这句话，其实点出了整个行业最核心的问题。

因为对于 Architect / Interior Designer / Consultant 来说，
他们负责的，从来不只是 gadget 或 technology。

他们真正负责的是：

✔️ Spatial Experience
✔️ Lighting Quality
✔️ Flow & Functionality
✔️ Client 入住后的真实体验

如果 system 出问题，
Client 第一个找的，往往不是 vendor。

而是 architect。
是 interior designer。
是 consultant。

所以很多专业团队真正担心的，
从来不是“智能化”本身。

而是：

今天刚结束一个 landed project 的 meeting 🏡
在讨论 tatami 空间的时候，有一个很有意思的想法，想和大家分享。
很多人对于 tatami 的理解，依然停留在“设计一个空间”：
"灯光怎么安排、冷气怎么配置、风扇怎么布局、音乐怎么搭配……"
但真正深入规划后会发现，
Tatami 的核心，其实并不只是设计，而是 “空间如何自动协同运作”。
因为一个真正舒适的空间，
并不是依靠用户不断去操作，
而是系统能够根据不同状态，自然地做出调整。
例如：
🌤️ 灯光
不再只是固定亮度，
而是通过 external lux sensor 自动平衡室内外光线变化，让视觉更自然舒适。
🌡️ 温度控制
冷气不只是设定一个温度，
系统会根据 occupancy condition 自动调整不同策略，
一个人、多人、静态休息、活动状态，体验都不一样。
🌬️ Airflow Management
