An apology is important , but it doesn't undo the harm. Mocking someone because they see the world differently is never okay. Josh Aquino deserves respect, just like anyone else. Autism is not a punchline. It's how someone lives, loves, and experiences this world. We can't laugh it off as 'just a joke'.

Josh Aquino is an inspiration to many and he doesn't deserve to be mocked. We learn. We apologize. But most importantly we do better next time. Let this be the moment we all choose more kindness and respect.
