- Able to handle high profile clients
- Create visuals, design layout, detailed drawings, 3D drawings
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyor and Design Director
- Comprehensive understanding of renovation and site issues
- Possess high level skill of producing 3D visual for interior design
- Able to produce constructions and technical installation drawings
- Able to prepare visuals, project costing, and material selection
- Have high level of efficiency in using 3ds Max, AutoCad, Vray, and photoshop

Candidates :

1. Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
2. Must be able to start work immediately
3. Must possess own transport
4. Are able to create positive attitude and
surrounding while at work
5. Have experience at least 1 year in related job scope
6. Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Interior Architect or equivalent

- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.

- Assist in resolving any administrative problems: phone calls, appointments, photocopy, scanning, document binding,
- Document Tracking & checking

- General office management such as ordering stationery or keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

- To propose new or improve work procedures for the administration functions and do the implementation.

- Work closely with management and will be overall responsible for the administration functions for the office. (Includes documentation, filing, travel arrangement, Stock arrangement, Tracking, and follow up on pending matters).

- Must be trustworthy

- We are looking for an exceptionally creative and organized Interior Designer who is able to lead and work side by side with Concept Designers, CAD Specialists and 3D Visualizers from conceptual to project completion and produce LUXURY INTERIOR DESIGN

- In additional you are responsible for interpreting, organizing and executing the conceptual design of a project as well as utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives through project completion.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max,Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad (MUST BE FLUENT IN 3Ds MAX)
2. Position requires creativity & artistic talent, good organizational, time management and communications skills and a committed individual who is able to translate their design experience and ideas in response to the challenges of this large-scale development.
3. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
4. A great team player, work independently with minimum supervision and effectively.
5. Have a very good eye on luxury design
6. Must possess own transportation
