Setapak Heights did not fulfil its promise. Setapak Heights cheated us. Setapak Heights gave us sub-standard and low quality product. Setapak Heights appointed unprofessional management company causing inconveniences to residents. The management company mismanaged the property for 2 years. Setapak Heights, till today has not fix all the problems relating to the building. Setapak Heights is now bui

lding a new showroom (sales office) for their new development but they have the guts to ignore problems from their previous development. Setapak Heights is out there to confuse and cheat other potential home buyers and investor. Don't fall into their trap !! Only in Jan 2012, Setapak Heights returned the records and accounts to our JMB.
