Ladt month had the privilege of working with the Heads of Departments at Nestlé Vietnam to drive meaningful breakthroughs.

We began by using the Reina Team Trust Scale® to establish a clear baseline of trust within the team and identify opportunities for growth. In high-performing teams, driver personalities—assertive, results-driven, and often direct—can unintentionally erode trust if not managed mindfully.

Through a structured Trust-Based Leadership WorkOut, including group coaching and open dialogue, the team developed a shared language around trust, embraced vulnerability, and committed to authentic leadership. These are essential steps toward building stronger, more resilient teams.

Building trust is not just a nice-to-have; it’s the foundation for sustainable leadership and lasting workplace success. Since 2017, we’re been leveraging Reina’s Leadership Trust Scale®, Team Trust Scale®, and Organizational Trust Scale® as part of a systemic, multi-phase trust-building process. This approach combines assessments, focus groups, coaching, and workshops to elevate trust awareness and foster positive behaviors at every level—from individual leaders to entire organizations.

Few highlights from our May 2025 ‘Collaborating and Thriving' team resilience session in Bangkok. It was a fantastic experience partnering with BASF's Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) under their Performance Materials division.

The workshop successfully brought together TPU country heads and the regional support team to begin developing an adaptive leadership mindset. Their active participation in both individual and group reflections around their current business priorities, was truly engaging.

By fostering a safe and open environment, the session served as an excellent foundation for the subsequent two-day business meetings, especially given that many attendees were meeting in person for the first time.

How to deal with stress is to label your emotions accurately. We often use quick and easy labels to describe our feelings. I’m stressed is the most common. But there is a world of difference between stress and I’m disappointed or knowing dread I’m in the wrong career.

We are more able to discern the precise cause of our feelings and the readiness potential of our brain is activated allowing us to take right, concrete steps for us because emotions are data.
