For the first 5 years, the firm focused on educating, marketing, training clients on profile interpretation and system users on the application and benefits of using the HA Profiling System for pre-screening, assessment, recuitment, promotion and developing the right person for the right job. In 2000, Omni View was licensed by Predict Success USA yo conduct training for Competency Based Interview (CBI) which is one of the company's flagship workshops. Since 2003, Omni View Consulting has expanded our consulting services into performance management, leadership and management conpetency modelling, team dynamics facilitation and performance benchmarking. In March 2007, Omni View Consulting was the first locally owned consulting company selected by Khazanah Nasional to conduct the Leadership Development Audit using Orange Book for Malaysian Government Linked Companies.
