Position: Executive – Technical Support

Office Location:

Klang Valley: 1 , Jalan Pantai Bahru, 50672 Kuala Lumpur

Kuching: Unit 1 (Level 2), Jalan Were 93000 Kuching, Sarawak

Melaka: Jalan Wisma Negeri, 75450 Melaka

Job Scope: Handling inbound/ Outbound calls, emails, and chats - basic troubleshooting and billing
Language: Speak well in English & BM

Working Hour: Monday – Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (based on operations), 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: RM2500 (based on skill and experienced)

EPF/SOCSO: Provided
Annual Leave: 6 days
Short term Contract: 6 - Month Contract, based on performance

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
