We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing coordinator to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and maintain a very good after sales service with clients.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/ Advanced diploma/ bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in software skills of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere pro, etc) is an added advantage
- Excel in MS Office and marketing software.
- Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, motivated and a good team player
Role & Responsibilities
- To Assist in all the sales and marketing administration aspects of works
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and activities in line with the requirement set by the company to market exposure, promote brand image for offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, manage, update & post on digital platforms such as Google account, Facebook, etc.
- Conceptualize & design visually compelling key visuals that can be used across various online & offline platforms: social media graphics, videos, motion poster/ motion graphic with sound & content, merchandise product design, sales tools, etc.
- Design & create multimedia-based layout video, motion graphic, sound & content for social media, digital media.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management
