Why do some people
suddenly stop contacting you?
Most of the time,
relationships don’t end in a single moment.
They fade away slowly.
From talking every day,
to replying only when there’s time,
and then eventually—
not knowing what to say anymore.
You find yourself staring at your phone,
reading the last message again and again.
And you start wondering:
Did I say something wrong?
Did I do something wrong?
Was I not good enough?
But most of the time, that’s not the reason.
Some people leave
not because of one specific thing,
but because the feeling slowly changes.
When someone no longer looks forward to your messages,
when conversations start to fade,
silence quietly fills the space between you.
Until one day,
even staying in touch feels unnecessary.
As you grow older, you start to understand:
Some people come into your life
just to walk with you for a while.
And when you reach a certain point,
you go your separate ways.
It’s not that anyone is wrong.
It’s just that the time has come.
If you also have someone
who suddenly disappeared from your life,
I hope you can slowly accept this:
Some relationships
don’t end with an argument,
but with a “goodnight”
that never gets a reply.
