WELCOME TO MALAYSIA 🇲🇾🇳🇵
A JOURNEY OF COURAGE, HOPE & DEDICATION

Our newest batch of security guards has arrived from Nepal, carrying with them dreams, hopes and the courage to begin a new chapter here in Malaysia.

But on the very day they arrived, their homeland was struck by a devastating natural disaster.

While their hearts were filled with concern for their families, friends and loved ones back home, they chose to remain strong.

They did not turn back.

They did not give up.

They continued forward — with courage in their hearts and determination in their souls.

They came to Malaysia not only to earn a living, but to serve, to protect, and to contribute to the safety and well-being of the community.

Thousands of kilometres away from home, they carry the spirit of Nepal with them.

And today, Malaysia becomes a new place where they can work, grow, and proudly serve.

FROM NEPAL, WITH COURAGE.
IN MALAYSIA, WITH DEDICATION.

To our new team members:

Welcome to Malaysia.

May you find strength in every challenge, hope in every new beginning, and success in every step of your journey.

Your families may be far away, but their prayers and love are always with you.

Stay strong. Stay united. Serve with pride.

You are no longer just newcomers.
You are now part of our team.
And together, we stand as one.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the catastrophic flash floods and mudslides that struck Nepal and Tibet.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives, the destruction of homes, and the devastating impact on communities.

May those who have lost their lives rest in peace, and may those affected find strength, safety, and support during this difficult time.

Our heartfelt prayers are with the victims, their families, rescue teams, and all those working tirelessly to help.

Stay safe. Stay strong. 🙏

**THE GUARDIANS WHO STAND WATCH**

When the world is sleeping,
They remain awake,
Standing at the gate,
For every life they protect.

Through rain and heat,
Through day and night,
They stay alert,
They keep the site safe and right.

They watch every movement,
They check every door,
They prevent the danger
Before it reaches the floor.

Not just a uniform,
Not just a name,
Security is responsibility,
Integrity is their aim.

Behind every safe workplace,
Every building, every home,
There stands a security guard—
Never truly alone.

**They don't wait for danger to arrive.
They work every day to keep danger away.**

**Security Guards —
Watching. Protecting. Serving.
Because safety is not a luxury,
It is a responsibility.**

SECURITY GUARD KNOWLEDGE

📖 THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SECURITY LOG BOOK

The Security Log Book or Daily Occurrence Report (DOR) is one of the most important documents in a security guard's daily duties. Although it may seem like just an ordinary notebook, every entry made carries significant value as it serves as an official record of all activities, inspections, patrols, incidents, and important information throughout each shift.

Many people view the log book as merely a routine requirement of the job. In reality, it can become the primary source of reference whenever an incident occurs. Complete, accurate, and timely entries enable management, clients, and the relevant authorities to understand exactly what happened and what actions were taken by the security personnel.

For this reason, every security guard should ensure that all patrols, shift handovers, visitor entries, vehicle inspections, unusual observations, and any incidents are recorded clearly, accurately, and neatly. Never make false entries or leave blank spaces, as every record represents a responsibility, an official document, and a matter of trust.

A Reminder to All Security Guards

Always ensure that the Security Log Book or Daily Report Book is available and sufficient at every security post. If you notice that the log book is almost full, do not wait until there is no space left for recording information. Inform your supervisor or operations officer immediately so that a new log book can be provided. Being proactive in this way helps ensure that daily operations continue smoothly and that all records remain complete and organised.

A Reminder to Companies and Management

Companies and management should ensure that every security post is always supplied with an adequate number of Security Log Books or Daily Report Books. These documents are essential to every security operation. A shortage of log books may interrupt daily record-keeping and make monitoring, investigations, and incident reviews much more difficult should any situation arise.

Remember, a log book is not just an ordinary notebook. It is proof of work performed, an official record, and a reflection of a security guard's discipline and professionalism. A well-maintained and properly completed log book demonstrates that the security officer carries out their duties with integrity, accountability, and full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Every entry you write today could become an important reference in the future. Therefore, never underestimate the importance of the Security Log Book. Make accurate and complete report writing a standard part of your professional work culture.
