HIRING ** Invoicing Clerk **
To process and coordinates daily sales order and responsible in day-to-day input activities including DO and invoices key in.
Attending to phone calls, faxes, emails and others. Liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order.
To handle general administrative duties and to assist in maintaining proper filing system, documentation and records. To perform any ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM/Diploma holder
* Computer literate
* Billing and invoicing lnowledge is required and will be added advantage
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience
* Languages required: Mandarin, Malay & English
