f you are looking for good computer products and after sales services, try this Lenovo outlet at Mid Valley and you will never regret it. I am not very savvy in all these IT thingy and most often than not
bump into some issues that I don’t know how to solve..I rang kok wai the shop manager a few times and he never hesitated to helped. Then my wife brought a laptop from Liah the lady retailer there and also asking them all sort of questions to help and they never get fedup with us. I imagine if this is another shop, we could have treated differently. I mean sales services with personal touch is rare nowadays.. you either speak to a computer guided WhatsApp chat or have to key in number on ur mobile to reach to certain department for a chat.. try Lenovo Mid Valley.. you will know what I mean by personal touch. Keep it up guys.
