Happy International Women's Day! We continue to celebrate the incredible achievements and contributions of women, whether she's your mother, sister, friend, colleague, an acquaintance or a stranger you just met, and recognize the ongoing the struggles for gender equality.

I absolutely love this year's theme , which to me is a call to action to create a more inclusive and equitable world for all women, regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status.

To me, means understanding, acknowledging and have open conversations about addressing the challenges and opportunities women from all walks of life go through. This is important to ensure we help each other reach our fullest potential.

As we celebrate the progress we have made towards gender equality, let us also remember that there's still much work to be done. What's important is we are willing to commit and lift the voices of women around us to enable all women to have these opportunities.

Let us and work towards a world where all women strive to achieve this. TOGETHER
