The Job :
Support our Customer Care team via various interaction channels (Calls / Emails / Chats)
Engaging existing customers to recommend new products and set appointment for the sales team.
Follow up with customer support requests in a timely manner from general inquiry.
Data Entry when necessary.
Liaises and builds relationships with other departments to assist with customer inquiries.
Medical claims.
Performance Based Bonus (KPI) upon confirmation.

Responsibilities :
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Minimum SPM/Certificate qualification.
Good verbal English and Chinese communication skills.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Full-Time positions available.
