What do we do? We facilitate and coach corporate organization leaders/project managers/Internal consultants towards successfully implementing a project/program/transformation. Beyond that, we also aspire the ensure the change is sustainable and not a one-off event. Yes, having a good strategy alone isn’t enough to win, but your ability for execute and leading others to move depends on how good your strategy is and how well it’s understood by everyone who makes major decisions for your business. Here is how we can assist individuals:-
1. To position the change for success by developing a customized and scaled change strategy with the necessary sponsorship and commitment.
2. To achieve adoption and usage of the change by creating, implementing and adapting plan(s) that will move individuals and the organization through the transition.
3. To realize the value of the change by ensuring the change is adopted and the organization is committed and prepared to sustain the change. Our Service Charge
We are very price competitive as we are a group of part-time consultants. Our price is between RM500/hr to RM3500/day depending on the scope involved. Term & Conditions
- 50% payment upon confirmation which is non-refundable
- 50% payment upon completion of the project/task
