Recently, Teamcoach International had the opportunity to conduct a two-day Resilience Program for a group of leaders, sharing, facilitating and learning together about , , through and for individual and team resilience.

Four meaningful insights emerged:

1️⃣ We are often more resilient than we perceive ourselves to be.

2️⃣ Being solution-focused strengthens resilience. Difficult seasons do not last forever, and reflecting on challenges overcome provides real evidence of our ability to move forward.

3️⃣ Resilience can be learned through the stories of others. Listening to their journeys helps us appreciate their strength and become more grateful for our own.

4️⃣ These lessons and stories emerge when a safe space is intentionally created for meaningful conversations. A learning facilitator plays an important role in creating and maintaining this environment.
