Since early 2017, Ministry of Human Resource has drafted an amendment to Employment Act 1955, which classified Private Recruiting Agencies (Agensi Pekerjaan Swasta - APS) into three (3) categories, A, B & C. The purpose of the amendment is to enhance the management of APS, eliminate irresponsible, illegal and unlicensed agencies.
