Led by Committee Chairman Dato’ Chin Boon Tak, the delegation comprised 11 business representatives from the agriculture and aquaculture sectors across Malaysia. The Mission aimed to gain insights into Thailand’s agricultural technology development, modern farming and aquaculture practices, food industry ecosystem, as well as potential collaboration and investment opportunities between Malaysia and Thailand.

Dato’ Chin Boon Tak said Thailand has developed successful models in agricultural modernisation, smart farming applications, food processing and integrated value chain development, which are worthy of reference by Malaysian industry players. He noted that the Mission broadened participants’ perspectives and laid a stronger foundation for future cooperation in the agriculture, aquaculture and food sectors.
