How do we reduce the cost burden of high inventory?
Just-in-time (JIT) is derived from a Japanese production organization philosophy, in which inventories are seen as a bad excuse for poor planning, inflexibility, wrong machinery, quality flaws, etc.

In other word inventory represent inefficiency. The aim of JIT is to speed up customer response while minimizing inventories. Although inventories may secure quick response time through off-the-shelf availability, costs for such inventories may be too high.

Also, low inventories increase the transparency of the production and distribution process. Especially in cases of rapidly changing specifications, complexity, and high unit costs, JIT may be effective and more efficient.

Customer journey is the sum of all the interactions a customer goes through in relation to a company. From the moment a customer hears about the brand, to the actual purchase and post-purchase intention.

Each and every segment resemble a part of the customer journey, filled with touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.

A customer journey map is a visual illustration of the full customer journey with the organization across major and minor touchpoints.

Portraying the customer’s experience in different phases and intensities, a customer journey map is a holistic approach to understanding the experience flow a customer has with the organization.

Not all who wander are lost! 😂😊😍, our consulting team with such a thirst for adventure tends to look out for exceptional spots for new expeditions when not at work!

Here we are at Torres del Paine National Park, in Chile’s Patagonia region, which is known for its soaring mountains, bright blue icebergs that cleave from glaciers, and golden pampas (grasslands) that shelter rare wildlife such as llama-like guanacos.

Some of its most iconic sites are the 3 granite towers from which the park takes its name and the horn-shaped peaks called Cuernos del Paine.
